Q1:

Years and projects worked on at PSCI?
I've been with PSCI since 2015. Over the past 3 years I've worked on a number of projects supporting the Department of State. Projects have included the creation of the web hosting environment to allow the Delaware portal, town, library and government official web sites to be run out of the state data center rather than a hosting service; the re-architecture of the Delaware Veterans Hospital network providing them the ability to run on a self-contained infrastructure and provided them a disaster recovery platform; migration of systems running on the Windows Server 2003 operating system to Windows Server 2012; and support of the Division of Corporations during the launch of their new client server based system DCIS.

Q2:

What was your first paying job?
Paperboy. I delivered papers for both a morning and an afternoon paper. Sunday papers still give me the chills.

Q3:

Favorite weekend hobby?
I am in the process of restoring a 1972 Chevy Nova. This is one of the cars we worked on as teenagers so I thought it would be a fun project to try as an adult. What I've learned is that shop class in high school was much more valuable than I gave it credit.

Q4:

If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go?
St. Lucia. It is perhaps the definition of paradise and the St. Lucian's are an incredibly kind and inviting people.

Q5:

What separates PSCI from other consulting firms you've worked with?
For me, it's the support the PSCI office provides me. Regardless of the question, the PSCI office provides me timely assistance in a friendly manner. I cannot think of an incident where I had to chase anyone at PSCI for help and that is not always the case with other firms. It is very comforting to know that help is not only a call or email away but that it will be a pleasant experience.

Happy Anniversary!!!

This month we celebrate the 10 year anniversary of our Marketing Manager, Patrick O'Neill. The eldest son of President and CEO, Chris O'Neill, Patrick unofficially represents the P in PSCI (Patrick Sean Christine - Chris' 3 children).

Patrick came aboard, in the summer of 2007, as a Technical Recruiter but has since moved onto the role of Marketing Manager. He is now responsible for developing and executing PSCI's marketing plan and social media strategy.

We thank Patrick for all that he has done and accomplished and hope this is the first of many milestone anniversaries!
