Despite the weather doing a 180 - the forecast called for bright skies and cool temperatures - the weather cleared just in time for their outdoor ceremony! All of PSCI's internal staff were in attendance and they danced and partied the night away. They were also treated to speeches by Patrick's Father, Chris O'Neill (President & CEO), and Brother, Sean O'Neill (Sr. Business Director).
