These
are certainly unprecedented times, but I wanted to assure you that
at PSCI it is our priority to keep our consultants and their
families healthy. As the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)
continues to spread globally, PSCI is taking appropriate
precautions to address the outbreak by following guidelines from
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as
orders enforced by Governor John Carney (DE).
According
to the CDC, the best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to
take measures to avoid it. While the Governor's orders have listed
our industry as essential, we are fortunate enough to be able to
accomplish our work remotely. That's why I have instructed our
internal staff to work from home for the foreseeable future. Let me
assure you, however, that we will continue to operate as normal
with as little disruption as possible.
Each
client, however, sets its own workplace policies. Accordingly, you
should be in touch with your PSCI contact to find out the status of
your work assignment and the policies of your particular
worksite.
Given
this is a rapidly developing situation, we will continue to monitor
developments and update our course of action as new information
becomes available. In the meantime, please do your part to stay
healthy, and be prepared for potential disruptions (if they may
occur). Contact your Business Director/Recruiter within our
offices, or HR, with questions or to discuss any related
issues.
As
we work to get through this together, I want to thank you for your
patience and willingness to adapt to your daily responsibilities.
Each one of your contributions helps with the country's attempt to
stabilize the economy.
With
sincere regards,
Chris
