PSCI was engaged to effectively manage and motivate an internal team of highly skilled developers to maintain and enhance the client’s global eCommerce platform. PSCI was responsible for balancing demands to ensure core stability and high performance while extending business capabilities and delivering innovative solutions.
PSCI is currently leading the efforts of the team responsible for design, development and build of high quality mobile and web applications. Leveraging an Agile environment and a deep background in the full software development lifecycle, PSCI provides metric-aligned guidance and direction to the development team to “raise the bar” with respect to quality, speed-to-delivery, process integrity and communication.
PSCI works directly with global business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and other technical functions/stakeholders, to design, develop and successfully deliver solutions for the web platform that generates over $2 billion in annual sales using J2EE and ATG technology.
