Job Title: People Team Insights Strategist

Job Summary:

The People Team Insights Strategist is responsible for designing and delivering data-driven insights to support the People Team in creating a world-class Total Rewards and Workforce brand. Through descriptive and prescriptive analytics, reporting, and visualization, the strategist will provide actionable insights to guide workforce planning, operational excellence, and talent strategy across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interactive, insightful reports and dashboards to business and talent leaders for workforce planning and organizational health monitoring.
  • Develop and report on key metrics, leveraging advanced analytics to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that drive talent effectiveness.
  • Create predictive and regression models to analyze people data across the employee lifecycle and deliver insights that support decision-making.
  • Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with security controls and conducting post-analysis when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and implement solutions by gathering and distributing data, applying advanced analytics, and creating data visualizations.
  • Drive the advancement of People Analytics, moving from operational reporting to advanced predictive analysis by architecting repeatable processes, developing ETLs, and synthesizing data from disparate sources.
  • Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies, applying innovative analytical methods to improve reporting and workforce insights.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a background in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or a quantitative field such as Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Planning and Analysis, or Statistics.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in data validation, analysis, and forecasting.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or as an HR Generalist preferred.
  • Experience in conducting work sessions with diverse teams across all levels of an organization to collect and define user and business stakeholder requirements.
  • Proficiency in Workday, MicroStrategy, Tableau, BI, and visualization tools.
  • Experience with coding languages such as R Studio and Python.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytic techniques and concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience translating and communicating complex data results in a simple, understandable format for business stakeholders.
