Hybrid role in Dover, Delaware

Term: 1 year with likely extension.

This person would work with the technical team to help test applications.

Additionally, this person will help with on-boarding and implementing clients on their application.

This position will have many roles;

–       Provide onboarding (to applications) to new clients.

–       Provide implementation communication and guidance.

–       Create test scripts with specialist and execute test plan.

–       Identify, document, and report software defects.

–       Collaborate with developers to resolve issue.

Requirements:

–       Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.

–       Ability to drive tactical planning to help in organizing implementations.

–       High-level organizational ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills in reviewing and implementing procedures and policies.

–       Strong organization and communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing customer expectations

–       Familiarity with various testing techniques and tools.

–       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
