Position: Project Manager – Healthcare IT Implementation

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare IT (HIT) projects to oversee and guide the implementation of a care coordination platform. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing project scope, facilitating meetings, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful delivery. Below is the scope of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Implementation Oversight
  • Provide end-to-end oversight of the care coordination platform implementation.
• Customer Project Management
  • Lead and manage the overall implementation process, guiding customers and vendors through critical decisions.
  • Identify documentation needs, custom build requirements, configuration updates, and necessary workflow modifications.
• Project Scoping and Prioritization
  • Ensure platform strategy decisions and implementation activities align with the overarching technical architecture.
• Meeting Facilitation and Status Reporting
• Facilitate meetings, including:
  • Weekly status meetings
    • Monthly executive status meetings
    • Provide comprehensive and timely updates through weekly status reports.
  • Testing workshops
  • Working sessions
  • Whiteboarding sessions
• Resource Coordination
  • Collaborate with technology partners, operational teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of required documentation by all team members and vendors.
• Issue Management and Resolution
  • Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs while identifying and implementing solutions to resolve issues within the scope of work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Healthcare IT (HIT) implementation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain alignment with strategic goals.
