Project Coordinator
The Information Technology (IT) Project Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for performing project setup phases and schedules, arranging support services, conducting pre and post checks for milestone project dependencies, and tracking the overall progress of the project. This coordinator will report directly to the project manager and project leads and work closely with the business and technology support and operations teams to track, measure, and report on the achievement of project goals and milestones.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a technical discipline (e.g., engineering) preferred
· 1 to 3 years of related work experience
· Strong working skills on the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Exposure to appropriate support and management solutions a plus. Examples include:
o Microsoft Office = Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
o Confluence
o Jira
· Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience with desktop and server operating systems
