Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of SAP IS-OIL solutions, focusing on SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
- Implementation Leadership: Oversee full lifecycle implementations of SAP IS-OIL, from discovery to post-go-live support. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize SAP IS-OIL initiatives. Conduct workshops and design sessions to understand business needs and propose optimal solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimization, and performance tuning within SAP IS-OIL. Ensure adherence to organizational IT standards and industry best practices.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies for SAP IS-OIL usage, customization, and security. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in an architect or leadership role. Proven expertise in SAP IS-OIL implementations within the oil and gas industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP IS-OIL modules (SD, MM). Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices for Oil & Gas, including Hydrocarbon Product Management and Secondary Distribution. Experience with SAP Fiori, ABAP, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to lead and mentor functional and technical teams.
