Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support store system evaluations and improvements, focusing on payment systems, hardware management, and vendor coordination. The role involves reviewing processes to optimize store hardware installations, PIN pad configurations, and collaborating with external partners for payment system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staging Process Review: Evaluate hardware staging and shipping workflows.
- Store Process: Assess and improve hardware installation and validation processes.
- PINpad Configuration: Analyze PIN pad systems and make process recommendations.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with external payment vendors to address product issues and upcoming upgrades.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in retail or payment systems.
- Experience with hardware and payment systems, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams.
