Donna, who is on her second project with PSCI, is currently serving as an Organizational Change Management Specialist for the State of Delaware's Department of Natural Resources (DNREC). Let's take a moment to learn more about her in this month's Fast Five. Years and projects worked on at PSCI? I have worked with PSCI for a little over a year. My first project was with the State of Delaware's Department of Children, Youth and Family Services (DSCYF), also known as the Kid's Department, to help implement the first in the country cloud-based child welfare information database. My role was to provide Change Management guidance to Executive Leadership and DSCYF employees. Last book read? Down the River Unto the Sea by Walter Mosley What was your first paying job? Babysitting my neighbor. He was 5. I would pick him up from daycare on my way home from school. What would people be surprised to learn about you? That I tap danced in Carnivale in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Especially for Sr. Business Director, Ken Hoffmann. Ken, born and bred in Germany, has watched and rooted for his native country (the defending champions) intently alongside CEO Chris O'Neill's son-in-law, Carsten, another German native. While they're thoroughly disappointed with the result (Germany was eliminated in the Group stage) they were able to give our office a rooting interest!
